The location is fantastic, close to Old Port and downtown Portland. My room was clean and comfortable, with a great kitchenette that made meal prep easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, eager to assist with any needs. I really appreciated the delicious breakfast options each morning. fresh fruit and a variety to choose from kept things exciting. However, parking was a hassle. I paid $30 a night but ended up being charged additional fees, which really added up. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but hope management addresses these concerns for future visitors.

Lovely spot! Just a stroll to Old Port, and the hot breakfast did wonders for our family’s morale. Rooms were cozy with stunning views, perfect mid-vacation recharge.
However, the toilet chain broke during our stay—talk about a bathroom emergency! Plus, I almost had to sleep on a chair instead of a pull-out bed. Ouch.

The stay was great overall, but the room felt a bit cramped with an awkward layout. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—real scrambled eggs and an oatmeal bar made our mornings delightful. We also enjoyed how close the hotel was to many shops and restaurants, perfect for our family outings. However, the parking fee of $30 per night was frustrating and not expected, especially since many places include that in the room rate.

missingWrote a review on Jun 22courteous serviceclean roomhealthy breakfast optionsweak shower pressurelack of snacks
I arrived in the afternoon and was checked in promptly, directed to a quiet suite. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast area had options for healthy dining, which I appreciated. I felt safe in the city while enjoying my time out.
The shower pressure was weak, making it hard to rinse properly. The sink water pressure also had issues, which was frustrating at times. The happy hour lacked snacks, which was disappointing.
